Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall planning and operation of the organization’s projects, driving project implementation and progress.
- Participate in the formulation of the organization’s project strategy, goal setting, and implementation, and develop targeted strategic plans for the project department.
- Develop brand planning strategies at the organizational level and execute brand implementation plans for sub-projects.
- Maintain relationships with partners and manage fundraising, planning, execution, reporting, and other tasks for collaborative projects.
- Oversee project execution processes and ensure the smooth advancement of projects.
- Develop and implement project-related management processes.
- Actively participate in departmental decision-making and goal-setting, providing new suggestions and support to superiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; a legal education background is preferred. Strong English proficiency is required.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with the ability to develop project plans, strong planning skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Extensive project management and execution experience.
- Capable of independently coordinating activities, leveraging resources, and demonstrating strong project management and quality control abilities.
Research Department Lawyer
Job Description:
- Legal Research: Assist in research related to non-profit organization law and public interest law.
- Legal Consultation: Provide legal consultation and services such as drafting and revising contracts and other legal documents for social organizations, social enterprises, and corporate social responsibility departments.
- Project Execution: Liaise and communicate with funders, government agencies, media, and trainees for research projects, and strengthen partnerships with government bodies, foundations, and academic research institutions.
- Agency Services: Assist in the establishment of social organizations and social enterprises and maintain communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Knowledge Management and Dissemination: Help build a knowledge base for the organization, write articles on legal issues, prepare training materials, and participate in legal lectures.
Requirements:
- 1Bachelor’s degree or higher in law from a reputable law school. Preference will be given to those who have passed the legal qualification examination. A strong interest and passion for public interest legal work is essential.
- Strong English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Meticulous, diligent, pragmatic, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure.
- Basic knowledge of laws and regulations related to social organizations and the public interest field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
