What is a Legal Health Check?
Legal risks for social organizations are characterized by their strong concealment, high frequency of occurrence, significant public impact, and high governance costs. In light of this, the Shanghai ForNGO Legal Research and Service Center conducts systematic inspections of the external operations and internal governance of social organizations, aiming to identify potential legal risks in a timely manner and provide effective prevention, control, and remediation measures to address issues before they arise. This health check is applicable to registered social organizations (including social service organizations, social associations, and foundations).
