Since its establishment in 2012, ForNGO Legal has been consistently dedicated to legal capacity-building programs that address the practical needs of social organizations. Leveraging its specialized legal research resources and a large pool of legal expert volunteers, ForNGO Legal has executed hundreds of professional legal empowerment activities and training programs, cumulatively serving over 7,000 organizations. In addition to traditional offline empowerment initiatives, starting in 2019, ForNGO Legal has comprehensively and systematically expanded its legal training through a combination of online and offline methods. It has established the “ForNGO Legal Online Training Platform” and the “Social Organization Legal Database,” aiming to enable more organizations to access ForNGO’s legal support and fulfill its mission.
Furthermore, ForNGO Legal has pioneered the implementation of the “ForNGO Legal Workstation” model in cities such as Hangzhou, Shenzhen, and Chengdu through collaborative partnerships. By working with local partners, ForNGO Legal applies and promotes its legal research outcomes, extending professional legal support resources nationwide. This initiative promotes the dissemination of legal knowledge among social organizations and enhances their legal capacity and compliance management capabilities across the country.
